3) Ujima Representative confirmation of cost estimate and/or bid with Statement of Work Schedule (SOW) Plan to Customer.

4) Customer acceptance of cost estimate and/or bid with initial payment required to Ujima and contract confirmation by Ujima with Customer.

5) Ujima initiate SOW scheduled tasks per contract.

6) Customer Buyoff of final SOW tasks and completion of all payments as scheduled per contract.
