You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software and the Readme file before installation. Unless you have a different license agreement signed Ujima Consulting; your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty. This agreement covers Single User License Registered Version and specifies the detail compliance. It is considered an Addendum to the UjimaSuites(R) Version 4.0 License Agreement, which details the Governing Law, Disclaimer of Warranty, Shareware Version (Demo Edition), Evaluation and Registration as well as Distribution (Demo Edition).
License Notice
This License Agreement and warranty shall expire in no more then twelve months after User and/or Agency License purchase is made.
Single User License Registered Version
This software application is intended for use by only a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.
A Single User License is not a Network or Enterprise User License purchase and does not entitle the owner or users to any of the rights and privileges of Multiple User Licenses. A Single User License may not access the registered version of UjimaSuites via site to site or a network, unless you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access the software through the versions sites and/or networks.
