DonoVol includes graphical, user-friendly screens that are easily accessed and used from clearly labeled buttons just click the button or tab to jump to the desired screen!
Administrative controls allow for creating and editing categories. Prior visits can be deleted, or multiple visits entered, using the easy-to-use "batch" functions.
Donor Features
The donor profile provides the critical link for creating and linking donors to various contributions. Plus, the module provides contact information and an instant "thank you" receipt letter.
Other functions include:
- Tracking donations by date, type, and/or value
- Pull-down menus for most fields
- Tracking contact information linked to donations
- Multiple charts and reports for review and analysis
Volunteer Features
This module includes volunteer profiles, permit/license tracking, skills tracking and availability / time management of volunteers. An easy-to-use time sheet gives quick access to volunteers, hours worked, skills and comments.
Volunteers can be tracked with the click of the mouse, letting users easily create time sheets for each volunteer that can be linked to various programs and/or events.
Quick prints can be made of most screens.
Resource Development and Management
Development Management lets users track and manage the fundraising components of the organization. The Patron Profile screens use tabs to access multiple pages quickly and easily while keeping the presentation concise.
The DonoVol Development module includes:
- Initial contact information
- Attendance at orientation or tours
- Invitation to and attendance at events
- Donation receipts
- Level of giving (gold, silver, etc.)
- Referral of other potential donors
All Patron screens can be easily printed, or more detailed reporting is available under the reports module of the DonoVol application.
Extra Volunteer and Donor Features
Milestone/Event Tracker allows tracking of milestone events in development and volunteer programs.
Database Maintenance built-in functions to "hibernate" a donor who is inactive for two years. Inactive donors can be purged to keep the database small.
Multiple category editing allows for use of in-house or industry-standard terms and names. The administration section allows access to more than 12 edit tables to customize DonoVol in each agency.
Administration and Reports
Volunteer tasks can be recorded against activities for service level accounting. Volunteer and Donation activities can have value modeling assigned and reports that show in-kind matching for grant or funding purposes. System administrator can make global category changes, control user access and limit printing. User permission and privileges are also controlled in the administrative section
