Occupational Management Information System Application

Occupational UjimaSuites Occupational applications helps to maintain, manage and link service tasks by staff into a quick and easy deliverable record system. These service tasks also carry client billing source information. The application also serves as an agency job code dictionary and is integrated with the HR2000 and Billing management systems.

Occupational is easy to use with user friendly screens accessed from clearly titled buttons with a click of the mouse (or by tabbing to the desired button).

Administrative controls allow editing of user-created categories. You can also delete prior deliverable tasks and enter several in a batch mode.


You can also:

  • Collect and track billing for deliverable services to clients, customers and groups.
  • Group Module enables the completion of collective billing for a specific type of service.
  • Service Module allows the creation job tasks and associated with deliverables.
  • Customer Module is used to generate reports with quality billing information on services.
  • Compiles all services statistical factors and provides reports and graphs
  • Client source can be quickly selected for billing reviewed and or selected printouts.
  • Deliverables can be tailored for assignment to various agency-billing standards.
  • ... and more!

And many functions in Occupational are automatic, such as generating customer or group reports based on deliverable date criteria. Old deliverable tasks can be purged which helps to keep the database manageable.

The deliverable input screen allows tracking of multiple tasks date and group relationships. Tasks are automatically advanced and counted by categories groups you define. And additional status reports can be added to critical deliverables. You can also quick-print these screens


Special Staff Deliverable Feature

The Deliverable screen allows easy navigation with tab pop-ups that are as user friendly as dividers in a notebook, keeping the assignment of task feature data screens compact. Each staff can have Deliverable tasks associated that allow for:

  • Position functional definition ,
  • Occupational dictionary of job functions in organization.
  • Details on each staff person's Deliverable tasks records
  • Task's service and resource information,
  • Task's resource profile,
  • Staff's customer or group support pop-up screen, and
  • Multiple report generation tracking.

  • Quick access screens.
  • Auto-fill fields with critical task information.
  • Reports can be generated based on daily, weekly or monthly project status.
  • Responsible resources have network access to service plan forms.
  • Can be used online for management review.

All Project screens can be easily printed or more detailed reports are available in the Reports section of Occupational. The Administration section allows for access to 20 other tables to customize Occupational for each Agency, including who gets permission to use and/or modify the program.

Group Features

Groups can be assigned for prime, sub and detail Deliverable with tasks and resources.

Quickly find details, including late task information, group deliverable by available times and task skills

  • Allows each occupational deliverable to be track to critical date of completion, release or production ready.
  • Multiple pull-down selections for most fields that are editable

Occupational provides multiple category edits for deliverables and tasks tracking allowing agencies to use in-house terms and names.

  • 128 mb RAM
  • CD-ROM drive to install
  • 25 mb hard disk space for program and data files (additional space required for Ujima Suites add-on programs)

  • Microsoft® Access 97 (run-time version available with each AIMS2000 license)
