SchoolMe is easy to use with user friendly screens accessed from clearly titled buttons with a click of the mouse (or by tabbing to the desired button).
Administrative controls allow editing of user-created categories. You can also delete prior service counts or enter several service records in a batch mode.
You can also:
- Enter multiple identification numbers.
- Track Student age groups in a family.
- View and add visits from a popup screen.
- Find Students fast, sorting by name or address.
- Set automatic Student warnings with comment notes
- Track Student data by households or individuals.
- Enter multiple service program listings
- Screen eligibility by Zip Code
- ... and more!
And many functions in SchoolMe are automatic, such as moving Students who have not visited in 24 months to an inactive file. Former Students can be purged which helps to keep the database manageable.
The Student input screen allows tracking of family members by birth date and tracks relationships. Persons are automatically advanced and counted by age groups you define. And additional families can be added to same address. You can also quick-print these screens
Special Student Multiple-Tab Feature
The Student Survey of Need feature allows easy navigation with tabs that are as user friendly as dividers in a notebook, keeping the Student data screens compact.

Special Contract Program features
- Separate program Student tracking handled easily under the Contract tab.

- Contract can be tracked by various time cycles.
- Contract services counted separately from standard program activities.
All Student screens can be easily printed or more detailed reports are available in the Reports section of SchoolMe. The Administration section allows for access to 20 other tables to customize SchoolMe for each Agency, including who gets permission to use and/or modify the program.
Staff Features
- Track labor in an easy to use time sheet, with quick access to multiple staff, time worked, skills and comments.
- Quickly find details, including contact information, licenses and permits, available times and skills
