All UjimaSuites (both Client Tracking and Case Management versions) are completed in a package with AIMS2000 (Asset and Inventory Management System) and Billing applications, the related user guide and a licensee agreement.

The Client Tracking version is for service agencies requiring detailed client records of services rendered by date, program, visits and group counts.

The Case Management version is for agencies offering psycho, social and emotional client services and requiring detailed records by date or program, along with historical and/or family relationship statistics.

This SuperSuite version has applications more focused on internal administrative activities. The SuperSuite version supports critical management functions and operations requiring routine documentation, also provides graphics for presentations.

All UjimaSuites are released with the BasicSuite that includes AIMS2000 (Asset and Inventory Management System) and BillMe2000 applications. UjimaSuites also provide users with related online interactive user guides, help files, and a license agreement.

Ujima Consultants has developed SuiteSupport to focus on "right-now" customer service. SuiteSupport Highlights provide an overview of customer support options. SuiteSupport provides a variety of customer support options and hosts the FORUM, a user organization. The FORUM includes research, tools, and a Discussion Board concerning multiple human services issues.
